3. User Accounts and Registration

• Essential: $99/month ($799/year) - 1 builder seat, 100 external users, 50K records
• Growth: $299/month ($2,699/year) - 2 builder seats, 2,000 external users, 100K records
• Scale: $599/month ($5,399/year) - 3 builder seats, 10,000 external users, 1M records

4.2 Billing Terms

• All plans are billed per application
• Monthly and annual billing options available
• Prices are in USD; AED pricing available for regional customers
• Additional builder seats and resources available as add-ons
• Billing occurs in advance for the subscription period

4.3 Payment and Refunds

• Payment is due upon subscription activation
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Uses

You may use our Service to:

• Build legitimate business applications and workflows

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EALLISTO GENERAL TRADING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
